Start with the basics in the pool, then build toward safe open-water dives if you choose Wave 1. We keep the pace calm and beginner-friendly, so you can learn how to relax, move efficiently, and dive with a buddy.

What You'll Learn

Theory Session (Lap 1 / Wave 1):

  • How to breathe and relax before a dive
  • What happens to your body when you hold your breath underwater
  • How pressure affects your ears, mask, and body
  • Why buoyancy changes as you go deeper
  • The safety rules every beginner should know

Pool Session (Lap 1 / Wave 1):

  • Easy pool entries and body position
  • Swimming underwater with fins
  • Basic no-fins movement
  • Duck dives for smoother starts
  • Equalization practice: Frenzel and Valsalva
  • Buddy safety and rescue practice

Open Water Session (Wave 1 only):

  • Depth dives with fins
  • Simple no-fins depth practice
  • How to support and rescue a buddy from depth

Train at selected pools in Bangkok, with open-water course days in Samaesarn, Koh Tao, and Phuket.

What's Included

Pool fees, equipment rental, and certification are included. Boat fees are separate.
