What You'll Learn
Theory Session (Lap 1 / Wave 1):
- How to breathe and relax before a dive
- What happens to your body when you hold your breath underwater
- How pressure affects your ears, mask, and body
- Why buoyancy changes as you go deeper
- The safety rules every beginner should know
Pool Session (Lap 1 / Wave 1):
- Easy pool entries and body position
- Swimming underwater with fins
- Basic no-fins movement
- Duck dives for smoother starts
- Equalization practice: Frenzel and Valsalva
- Buddy safety and rescue practice
Open Water Session (Wave 1 only):
- Depth dives with fins
- Simple no-fins depth practice
- How to support and rescue a buddy from depth

What's Included
