Quick answers before you book
You can start learning basic freediving skills even if you are not a strong swimmer, because we teach finning and water comfort. For Molchanovs certification, you still need to meet the swimming requirement, and our instructors can help you prepare for it.
Yes, if you are healthy and comfortable in the water. If you have a medical condition, we will ask you to complete the required medical form and get doctor approval when needed.
If you are new, start with Try Freediving, Lap 1, or Wave 1 depending on your goal. If you already have a Level 1 certification, Lap 2 / Wave 2 is the next step.
Pool classes are held at selected Bangkok pools such as Mahidol Salaya, Seascout Therdthai 77, Sivalai Charan 12, and others. Ask us which location fits your schedule.
Most courses run on weekends, and weekday sessions may be available depending on instructor and pool schedules.
