Normally before doing Max or diving to our maximum ability as far as possible, which doesn’t have to be Personal Best. Before diving we usually Warmup by doing Static or Dynamic for 2-3 rounds. Before doing Max so the Max round feels more comfortable. But does everyone know that Warming up many rounds in DYN makes body more tired, potentially causing Lactic accumulation faster, and resulting in less distance 📉.

So training body to get used to CO2 quickly without warming up many rounds is very useful because it Saves energy for the Max round. And for some people, No Warmup Max training might trigger Mammalian Dive Reflex faster too. Because of feeling more relaxed, not worried about discomfort from CO2.

No Warmup training leans towards torture 😂. Recommend training gradually, don’t rush to Push much. At first, less distance is normal.

Like in the clip I did No Warmup Max No-fins. Came up pale faced. But because of sunscreen 🤣. Wrong sunscreen changes life 😎.
